NOTE.. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHEQUES OR ISSUE CHEQUES.

Check in time is STRICTY 2:00 pm.

Check out time is STRICTY 9:30 am.

Check-in & key collection: Please visit us during office hours to check-in collect your keys. After hours key collected can be obtained from our lock box. See the Contact Us section below for our address.

Arrival Times: All Tenants must advise office staff of arrival times.

Numbers of persons: allowed in each property is determined by number of beds. Failure to comply may cause your booking to be cancelled.

Pets: Only welcome at specified properties - strictly outside only. Go to Pet Friendly Places.

Property details: May be subject to change by owners.

Deposit payable: Within 2 days of booking. Advertised prices are from and subject to change.

Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled a $150 cancellation fee will apply. If the property is re-let for the whole cancelled period at the original price the deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee. Under any other circumstances the deposit will be forfeited.

Linen: Is supplied with all bookings and is included in the advertised price (Beds can be made at an additional cost, please request at time of booking). An initial starter pack of dishwashing liquid, 2 x dishwasher tablets, 1 toilet roll per toilet is supplied per toilet.

Booking duration: Available for 2 days or longer.

Applicants: For accommodation must be 18 years and over.

Office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 12 noon & Sunday closed. During school holidays we are open later on the weekends. (Weekend hours closing times subject to change)

Payment: By credit card (2.5% surcharge applies), EFTPOS, money order, cash, or direct transfer.

Booking Fee: $50 booking fee will incur on all bookings.

Lost keys: Will incur a $30 replacement fee.

Postage: retrieval of lost property and postage minimum charge $25

Strictly NO Weddings or Functions allowed in any properties.

Pet Friendly Properties Maximum of 2 dogs ONLY

Damages: All damages must be paid for by the tenant.

Excess Rubbish: All excess rubbish must be removed from property & footpath or charges will occur.

On Departure:  All properties are to be left clean and tidy with all dishes washed and put away, linen striped from the beds and put in the bag provided (only sheets), floors swept, and BBQ cleaned, or extra cleaning charges will apply.
